Royal College of Surgeons of England (RCS England) surgical skills courses at PLAB Guide Training Centre in Levenshulme, Manchester. We are an RCS England approved centre for two practical courses that take you from your first stitches to the techniques expected in core surgical training.
- Surgical Skills for Students and Health Professionals (SSSHP): a one-day Saturday introduction for medical students, early foundation doctors and theatre staff.
- Basic Surgical Skills (BSS): the two-day course for foundation doctors, core surgical trainees and MRCS Part B candidates.
