Trauma & Pre-Hospital Care
FREC and Pre-Hospital Emergency Care Courses in Manchester
Pre-hospital emergency care courses in Manchester leading to First Response Emergency Care (FREC) qualifications from QualSafe Awards. FREC is a recognised route for event medical staff, community first responders, security and outdoor professionals, and anyone working towards a career in the ambulance service.
Training focuses on what you can do before a patient reaches hospital: scene safety, the primary survey, airway and breathing support, bleeding control, managing medical emergencies and a clear handover to the ambulance crew. Each level builds on the one before, so you can progress as your role develops.
Courses run at our QualSafe Awards Approved Centre in Levenshulme, South Manchester. Choose a level below to see dates, entry requirements and booking.
