  Qualsafe Level 3 Award in Basic Life Support and AED for adults, children and infants. A three-hour practical course for clinical and non-clinical staff.

• Immediate Life Support (ILS)

  Full-day Resuscitation Council UK (RCUK) course for healthcare staff, with an RCUK ILS Provider certificate valid for 1 year.

• Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW)

  One-day Qualsafe Level 3 qualification for workplace emergency first aiders. Valid for 3 years.

• First Aid at Work (FAW)

  Qualsafe Level 3 qualification for appointed workplace first aiders. Valid for 3 years.

• Paediatric First Aid

  Two-day Qualsafe Level 3 award meeting EYFS requirements, for nurseries, schools and childcare.

• Oliver McGowan Tier 2

  Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training on learning disability and autism, from an approved centre.

How many first aiders do you need?

Employers must assess their first aid needs and provide adequate first aid equipment, facilities and people (HSE: first aid at work). Lower-risk workplaces often choose EFAW; higher-risk workplaces usually need FAW. Booking group training in four steps

1. Tell us what you need. Your staff numbers, the course and a rough date window. We advise on the number of instructors and sessions.
2. Receive a tailored quote. A clear proposal, with discounts for larger groups and annual renewal programmes.
3. We come to you, or you come to us. Our instructors bring manikins, AED trainers and course materials. You provide a suitable room with space to practise on the floor.
4. Certification. Candidates who complete the course and assessment are certificated by the awarding body, and you receive an attendance register for your records.
