The premises suit educational courses, medical teaching, workshops, seminars, meetings, assessment days, interviews, small conferences and selected small family or community events — subject to suitability and prior agreement.

All three spaces with full facilities, normally based on 09:00–18:00 unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Half-day & full-day bookings include 1 hour free preparation time and 30 minutes free closing/pack-down time — so you're set up and cleared away without eating into your session.

Minimum booking: 2 hours for hourly bookings. Full-day hire is normally 09:00–18:00 unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Medium room for up to 15. Tutorials, interviews, mentoring, coaching, small meetings, staff training.

Multi-Room Training

Two halls and/or medium room for larger courses, assessment days, breakout groups and OSCE-style teaching.

Community / Small Event

Large hall for selected small family or community events, subject to suitability, supervision and written agreement.

To confirm availability and provide an accurate quote, please include the following when you enquire:

Your details

Organisation or individual name, a contact person, mobile number and email address.

Date & times

Your preferred date with start and end times, plus the room or hall required.

Event & numbers

Purpose and nature of the event, expected number of attendees and your preferred layout (with or without tables).

Facilities & extras

Projector, PC, whiteboard, internet, kitchen and parking needs — plus any special requirements (catering, children, vulnerable adults, music, public attendance or external equipment).

Payment & Cancellation

 

💳 Payment Terms

  • Bookings are confirmed once the agreed deposit or full payment is received.
  • One-off bookings: a 50% deposit is recommended at the time of booking.
  • Balance due before the event starts unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Bookings within 7 days of the event are normally paid in full in advance.
  • Repeat clients may be offered monthly invoicing by prior written agreement.
  • A refundable security deposit may be requested for private, family, community or higher-risk events.

Venue Rules & Responsibilities

 

Hirer Responsibilities

  • Run the event safely, professionally and within the agreed scope.
  • Keep attendee numbers within the agreed room capacity.
  • Supervise attendees and prevent access to restricted areas.
  • Prevent damage to premises, furniture, fittings and equipment.
  • Leave rooms, kitchen and toilets clean and tidy after use.
  • Comply with legal, health & safety, safeguarding, insurance and food-hygiene requirements.
  • Report any damage, accident, incident or equipment issue immediately.

House Rules

  • No smoking or vaping inside the premises.
  • No alcohol unless specifically agreed in writing.
  • No loud or amplified sound unless agreed in advance.
  • No damage to walls, furniture, whiteboards, projectors or screens.
  • No unauthorised movement of heavy furniture or equipment.
  • Children must be supervised by responsible adults at all times.
  • Vacate the premises at the agreed finish time.

Insurance & compliance: depending on the booking, we may request public liability insurance, a risk assessment, a safeguarding policy (where children or vulnerable adults are involved), food-hygiene arrangements, an event plan for larger gatherings, or professional indemnity insurance. Fire exits and access routes must remain clear at all times.
