Most welcome and that's a great idea. Its a new station and a lot of people were confused about it.

     according to my knowledge:

Sudden onset palpitations 2-3 times a week, lasting 5-10 mins. No syncope or SOB or chest pain but pt felt mild discomfort while breathing. Felt light headed but not dizzy. no aggravating or relieving factors.

no caffeine intake. pt relaxed and approachable doesn't seen anxious.

    no smoking/alcohol

No fam hx of sudden cardiac death or heart problems.

ECG given was typical WPW pattern with delta waves and shortened PR interval. Rest of observations were normal except tachycardia.

Thanks for sharing this. Although not very serious but WPW is actually a very important clinical condition and could be scary for the patients. Could be dangerous for patient in case of prolonged episodes.

Do you want to do a brief teaching on the coming mock day after the mock.

Can give you a certificate for teaching that 😀to the student. Good for your CV.

Excellent, we will plan it, let me know when you are next in. You can do a short presentation on WPW and talk about this how to manage, teach others may be for half an hour session.
