Key Points for Effective ManagementOxygen administration:Start with oxygen therapy to maintain adequate saturation levels.Salbutamol Nebulizer Administer salbutamol nebulizer treatment.Can be given back-to-back if needed.Ipratropium Bromide Nebulizer Add ipratropium bromide nebulizer if necessary.Can be mixed with salbutamol in a solution and repeated.Corticosteroids Give oral prednisolone (liquid or dispersible tablets).If the child cannot swallow, use IV hydrocortisone instead.Additional Measures (if not improving) IV salbutamolIV magnesium sulphateIV aminophylline
