King's College Hospital Criteria for Liver Transplantation in Paracetamol Overdose%u2022 Immediate liver transplantation indicated if:%u2022 Arterial pH < 7.3, 24 hours after ingestion%u2022 OR all of the following:%u2022 Prothrombin time > 100 seconds%u2022 Creatinine > 300 %u00b5mol/L%u2022 Grade III or IV encephalopathy%u2022 These criteria help identify patients with poor prognosis who may benefit from urgent liver transplantation.
