Diabetic Foot Examination

You are FY2 doctor in the the General Medical Clinic along with Dr Neil Jayson who is your consultant on call that day. Your next patient is 65 year old Mr Nigel who is known Type-2 Diabetic. He is being treated with Metformin MR 1000 mg, now he presented for routine follow up. Take brief history and perform relevant examination and talk to him about further management.
