Assessment and Certification

Candidates are assessed continuously throughout the course through their participation in practical skills, structured patient assessments and simulated emergency scenarios.

Successful candidates receive a Resuscitation Council UK ILS Provider certificate, valid for one year from the course completion date.

Candidates who require continued certification should complete an appropriate ILS recertification course or repeat the provider course before their certificate expires.
